  • $10 AUD standard shipping

  • $15 AUD for express shipping

  • Same Day Delivery, starting at $15 (subject to postcode)

  • Click and Collect - Torquay, confirm time with Alba 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for express delivery

  • All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched

  • No PO Boxes

  • Signature required on delivery

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products

  • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs 

  • Once an order is placed we strictly cannot make any last minute changes. If you need to change your size and/or address, your order will be cancelled and you can repurchase again online 

  • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.
