Our manufacturer requires a Customer name , clothing sizes and any information about design preferences. To deliver goods, Australia post or the courier we use will need the Customer’s name, address and telephone number. By purchasing Alba pieces the Customer consents to the disclosure of information in accordance with this term.
Alba may use a third-party payment provider. Payments made online are made directly to the third-party provider, Alba does not retain Customer’s credit card or bank details. Customers should read the Privacy Policy of our third-party provider for more information about how it deals with personal information.
Alba does not otherwise disclose information to any third parties and it does not disclose any personal information to anyone outside of Australia.
Visitors can use the Site anonymously. We do not permit Customers to make purchases using pseudonyms or anonymously.
The security of personal information is important to us. Alba commits to maintaining security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure and loss of personal information.
